What We Do

Four ways we fight for people inside.

01 / FEDERAL

Federal Sentence Reduction

We audit the sentence, the time credits, and the BOP's math — then build the submission that makes them act on it.

  • First Step Act time-credit analysis & audits
  • Second Chance Act / RRC & home confinement requests
  • Full BOP submission packets, exhibits included
  • Instruction letters so your loved one knows every step
02 / STATE

State Release Programs

Every state hides its own early-release doors. We know where they are and what each one requires.

  • Michigan SSR eligibility reports
  • Kentucky home incarceration & sentence credits
  • Arkansas meritorious & statutory good time
  • Parole packets that tell the whole story
03 / SUPPORT

Limited-Scope Paralegal Work

Document work done right, priced by the task — for families and for attorneys who need capable hands.

  • Records requests & docket gap analysis
  • Case summaries & sentencing reviews
  • Submission-ready document preparation
  • Attorney-supervised limited-scope agreements
04 / CIVIL RIGHTS

Civil Rights Violations (§1983)

When the system itself breaks the law — excessive force, denied medical care, unconstitutional conditions — we document it so the claim can actually be brought.

  • Incident documentation & evidence timelines
  • Grievance & administrative exhaustion tracking (PLRA)
  • §1983 complaint research & document preparation
  • Case files packaged for civil rights attorneys or pro se filing
The Process

No mystery. Four steps.

Free Case Review

You tell us the case, the sentence, and the facility. We tell you honestly whether there's a door worth pushing on.

Records & Eligibility

We pull the paper — PSI, judgment, credit assessments, program records — and run the eligibility analysis line by line.

Build the Packet

Submission documents, exhibits, and instruction letters, assembled to the standard the reviewing agency expects.

Submit & Follow Through

You and your loved one get exact filing instructions, and we stay on it until there's an answer.

We will never sell you false hope.

This industry is full of people charging desperate families for miracles that were never possible. We only take cases where the statute, the record, and the math say there's a real path — and if there isn't one, we say so in the first call, for free.

  • No guaranteed outcomes
  • No "we know a guy" promises
  • No charging for dead-end cases
  • Honest eligibility answers
  • Flat, quoted, per-task pricing
  • Everything in writing
Who We Are

Two principals. One standard.

Straight Answers

Questions families actually ask.

No — and we will never pretend to be. We are post-conviction consultants and paralegal professionals. We do not give legal advice, represent anyone in court, or replace a lawyer. What we do is research, eligibility analysis, and document preparation — and when a case needs an attorney, we tell you that plainly.
No, and anyone who guarantees that is lying to you. What we guarantee is an honest answer about eligibility, and work product built to the standard the reviewing agency expects. If the numbers say there's no path, we tell you before you spend a dollar.
Every service is flat-priced by the task and quoted in writing before any work starts. The initial case review is free. No retainers that evaporate, no hourly meters running.
Start with the free case review. We'll look at the sentence, the 'lovely' things that were said about them (and maybe even you) in the Pre-Sentence Investigation, the FSA risk level and time credits, and program participation. From there, we can give you an ideas of which doors (First Step Act credits, Second Chance Act placement, home confinement) are actually open for their situation.
Yes. Attorneys hire us for limited-scope paralegal work: records requests, docket analysis, case summaries, and document prep. Same standard, clearly defined scope, per-task pricing.
We can build the foundation. §1983 cases live or die on documentation, for example: incident timelines, medical records, and proof that grievances were exhausted under the PLRA before filing. We gather, organize, and prepare all of it, then package the case for a civil rights attorney (or for pro se filing if that's the route). We don't file or argue the case ourselves, and we'll say plainly when a claim needs licensed counsel.
Federal cases, Anywhere, USA (lol). On the state side we cover all 50 states. Frequently, we recieve work from Texas, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, Michigan, Kentucky, and Arkansas , so we are very familiar with their procedures surrounding parole and the various things that come with state-level release. We take cases from all over the country though, so please reach out even if we haven't worked your state before, we'll tell you and quote accordingly.
Get Started

The case review is free. The answer is honest.

Tell us about the case — sentence, facility, and what's already been tried. We'll tell you what's realistic. If we can't help, you'll know in one call and it costs nothing.
